Axia Fx is Authorised and Regulated by the FSA

The Payment Services Directive (PSD) came into effect on November 1st, 2009. This requires that anyone providing payment services (including money remittance) as a business to be authorised or registered with the Financial Services Authority (FSA) and meet the Payment Services Reglations conduct of business requirements.

AxiaFx has been authorised and regulated by the FSA for the provision of payment services since the PSD came into effect. AxiaFx is regulated by the following bodies:
